This compares average sales prices in 2004 and 2005 for the different areas the Board tracks.
The table can be confusing, as the Board split certain pre-existing areas into two or more areas beginning in 2005.
Thus, for instance, the old Area 20, North Albuquerque Acres, was split into TWO regions: Area 20-- North Albuquerque Acres, and Area 21-- Albuq. Acres West. Any "new" areas have no figures listed for 2004 sales. The closest approximation
available for the data would be to consider the "old" average to be the average for its "parent" area.
