The historic Pueblo Deco style KiMo Theater, built in 1927 as a vaudeville and movie theater, is a registered historic Landmark. The Kimo is owned by the City of Albuquerque, and is the venue for a wide variety of performances each year. Dance, drama, film, opera, comedy and performance art have all found a home on the KiMo stage
